MASTER BAKER COMPETITION FINALE - 17th of Sep 2022 (Time will be informed)

COMPETITION GUIDELINES

 

 Maximum of 20 participants accepted from 30 applicants

 

300 audience attendees in two sessions

1)

Contestants have to arrive at the venue 30 minutes prior to the starting time.

2)

Chef hats and aprons will be provided

3)

They are solely responsible for their personnel belongings.

4)

Each contestant is provided with option of two different kinds of sponge cake (Size A5). They can work with one type.

5)

Except the sponge cake, they will be also provided different cake decorating ingredients including the whipped cream.

6)

There will be a time limit that is why they have to finish their task within that frame of time which includes plating as well as garnish.

7)

Participants are not allowed to take any break during the competition.

8)

If participants want to temper the chocolate or to make sugar syrup, they can use the induction stove or microwave ovens to do so.

9)

If your decoration is ready, be patient and inform the judges’ that your final product is ready to be assessed.

10)

The winners will be announced once all the tastings have been done, and after the judges have submitted their evaluation report.
