As FBH 2020 was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic lockdown in 2020, there is pent-up demand  bubbling in the food, beverage and hspitality industry, just wanting to burst open in FBH 2021. Be there when that happens.The 8th Food & Beverage and Hospitality (FBH) Exhibition 2021 organized by House of Rajkarnicar, from 16th September – 19th September 2021 at Bhrikutimandap, Kathmandu is focused exclusively on food, beverage & hospitality, the only of its kind in Nepal in recognition of the tremendous growth in the sector. While food and beverage has become big revenue source and profit centers for the hotels and restaurants, “party-palaces” have mushroomed beyond anyone’s expectations in the last ten years. Likewise, take-away food outlets, street food vendors and grocery stores have popped up in every neighborhood and markets in large numbers.

Going into its 8th edition, Food & Beverage and Hospitality continues its role to serve as one stop solution for food & beverage and hospitality. FBH 2021 is back- not alone but with two thematic twin exhibitions: Agro-Food Processing and Hotel Furniture & Furnishing. FBH 2021 will also host Tri-City FBH Road Show in major cities of Nepal. The purpose of the road show is to warm up the visitors for the main show and give natural out reach to its exhibitors. FBH highlights the importance of B2B networking, and creating massive trading opportunities for international and local F&B exhibitors and quality buyers. FBH 2021 has continued to forge partnerships with HO­TREMAI and ARCHII both of which are making their debut this year. Likewise, some of the best hospitality education institutions shall organize and manage the special events as the Event Partner. Last but not least, the event is endorsed by Hotel Association Nepal, Restaurant and Bar Association of Nepal, Eva- Nepal and Chef Association Nepal.

FBH 2021 expects to attract about 30,000 to 40,000 visitors out of which FBH 2021 expect about 12,000 business visitors. FBH 2021 hopes to attract Hoteliers, Restaurant Owners and Managers, Clubs and Bar/Pub Owners and Managers, Party-palace Owners and Managers, Canteen Operators: Schools, Colleges, Hostels and Hospitals, Caterers, Chefs, Bartenders, Super-markets and Grocery Store Owners and Managers, Bakeries, Snacks and Processed Food Manufacturers, Agro Processing Manufacturers, Tent Houses and General Consumers. While the event is primarily a business-to-business event, consumers are expected to visit in great numbers.

As a visitor, you will encounter a wider selection of products, services, producers and suppliers ……..the exhibitor’s pool is 25% more than last year’s number. The 8th Food & Beverage and Hospitality (FBH) Exhibition 2021 will host about a 5000 products and services, 200 companies, 141booths over 1720 sq. meters. FBH 2021 will also feature 7 interactive live special events over the course of 3 days.

Special events include Sneak Preview Cocktail Reception, Retailers Breakfast Reception, Best Barista Contest, Best Bartender Contest, and Master Chef Challenge. Finally, the event is a great occasion to try and taste new foods and drinks coming into holiday grocery markets. So, there is plenty for visitors to observe, interact, participate, make new contacts and acquire information.

FBH 2021 shall cover all necessary advertisements and promotions …… all major daily newspapers, hospitality magazine, Facebook, TV scrollers, email campaigns, SMS messages as well as hard-copy invitations. Most importantly, FBH 2021 has a robust social media campaign, a vigorous public relations drive and an intensive direct marketing. FBH 2021 will be hosting a Sneak Preview Mocktail Reception and Retailers Breakfast Reception which will invite 2000 key decision-makers in the hospitality sector. PR teams visit potential business visitors to persuade their visits. Furthermore, FBH 2021 shall host business buyers with free charter coaches from Pokhara, Chitwan and Lumbini. Likewise, shuttle bus service from Nagarkot, Dhulikhel and Thamel will be provided for business visitors. In Kathmandu, limousines service shall be organized for big hoteliers, restaurateurs and retailers.
